You can set the distance between hands and feet and have your head at two heights. You get a necklace and four ankle locks in good quality. Two spreader bars that can be used individually. Great value for money. However, you need to supplement with a quick link (a must) and preferably a carabiner (for quick attachment), at each bracket for it to be comfortable.
