The material is similar to neoprene and cuffs are quite well made and comfortable to use (the textile itself is slightly elastic and soft). The cuffs have a rather special shape, and then can only be used in two ways (attach hands in front, or behind). But they look very good and kinky. Maybe not the first cuff set you need, but if you like the style (e.g. have a steampunk corset or similar), then it's a nice toy that could well make its way into your collection.
