Let me start by writing that thorough head cleaning has always been preferable. An absolutely indispensable tool for being completely emptied out. Is super easy to screw on the shower hose and I usually start with a light water pressure. When the hose is completely up, I put the maximum pressure on for 4-5 minutes. Really nice feeling to get hot water sprayed so far up the bum. Have a really good time afterwards. Can definitely be recommended and good quality for the price.
