I can definitely recommend this to the more experienced users of anal sex. I use it to train with daily. The advantage is that you can always control the opening without it hurting, and you can therefore gradually be opened more and more as you train. Who doesn’t know the problem with occasionally having to have a dildo/plug that is ½ centimetre thicker. You won’t have this issue here.
The top is about 5 cm. Just below it is 4.2 cm. The bottom is 10 cm. For each ring downwards it opens an additional 0.5 cm, so you can quietly train your muscles and count the rings from below during training to see how far you are.
One thing that is important is to lubricate well between the butt cheeks beforehand, as with a slightly larger opening it also spreads the butt cheeks so that they wipe off the lubrication if they have not been lubricated beforehand.

It does the job and at the same time it gives you a wonderful workout. It can ride or can just take that stretch. It’s big, but the first 10 cm is nothing. It should have had a better base, because if I let go of it, this could be problematic. I had to attach a rope for extra safety. Suction cup is not needed with the cone effect and width.
