This lube is good and very comparable to TENGA Real (the red one). COOL is a bit thinner, but not by much. I had unfortunately expected a greater "cooling effect". There is definitely cooling, but it's not much. Considering that this is the one with the most cooling, you should reflect if that's what you're looking for.
