I was quite sceptical at first, but I was pleasantly surprised. It takes about 20-30 minutes for the optimal effect after a thin layer has been applied to the head of the penis, but then it is also effective. It anaesthetises a little, without feeling like it takes away from the experience. A combination of this cream and a penis ring can easily last 3-4 times as long. It's easy to use, but you need to massage it in well to get the optimal effect and the tube lasts for a long time, as you only need to use a small amount.

I tried the delay cream and realised that it probably works too well :) I lost too much of the sensitivity so I couldn't keep the erection for very long.

Can only say that this cream is a must have in the bedroom, the missus goes crazy when it's applied

It makes no difference to me at all. On the other hand, it's greasy, gritty and a pain in the arse to handle.
