Whoever said this was not painful enough: were you on anesthetics? These nipple clamps are STRONG, and definitely not for beginners. They are also very beautiful and of really nice quality. Not adjustable, so that's a minus, but they hold really well when pulled (and, in fact, they have a fascinating mechanism to tighten when pulled) and have small cushions that allow them to better stick to the skin without damaging it. A very nice product that has been used loads since it came in the mail.
