I have the balls from Fyn factory which feel much easier to train with as these lack the rotating ball before the end, which makes you not feel the stimulation from the balls. The description of the A to Z guide is completely overestimated, as the text in the book is similar to the description of the product - not further training tips, use or the like. It is, i.e., completely indifferent to bring along. I might as well have bought it individually - cheaper than the box.

The best pelvic floor balls I have had are easy and set up, you just have to remember to use plenty of lube when using the big ball, otherwise it can hurt. They are silky soft, easy to clean with the spray that comes with it. Sinful also gets 6 stars for the fast delivery of the item. Can only be recommended to others; hurry to buy them and get trained while you can still walk the 10,000 steps.

After two childbirths, I have experienced problems holding on to water, especially when jumping on a trampoline with the kids, or when coughing, for example. The set of the three Kegel balls is so easy to use and I got started in no time. I quickly moved on from ball 1 to ball 2, and even though it requires a certain amount of perseverance and patience, it feels safe and nice to use them. The surface is silky soft, there is no "plastic smell", and the balls are super hygienic and easy to clean with the included cleaner. The lube is also super nice and makes the introduction a breeze. The best thing is that it is possible to train a really strong pelvic floor due to the three "degrees of difficulty". I'm still on ball 2, but have gradually started to feel an increased sensitivity in the vagina when my husband and I have sex - it's great to discover that that sensitivity is on the way back. I'm not going to get rid of these balls and would warmly recommend them, they should be in the bathroom drawer for all women :-)

quite unexpectedly, i've had to get into pelvic floor training. even though i'm under 30 and haven't had children, i've been struggling to keep myself together lately. i was recommended by my doctor to look in the pharmacy for vaginal scales, but thought it sounded awful. so i was thrilled that i could buy a starter kit with a guide from sinful and make it all about my sexual health and pleasure. it also makes me look at exercise as something a bit naughty, which is why i can only recommend other women to use sinful's starter kit instead of going to the pharmacy or something similar. i'm currently only at the beginner stage, but i actually think it's fun and not as difficult as i had feared. kegel on, ladies!

I wanted to strengthen my pelvic floor muscles after giving birth, and this set has been perfect for that! It's great that you can start with smaller balls, and as the muscles get stronger, move up to heavier balls. I recommend!
