It took maybe 1½ month to learn to use it properly and find the rhythm, but I've just been past Nirvana a 4-5 times! It's not particularly quiet when the vibrator is on, but it does not matter. The only thing I would have liked more was that it was a bit thicker.

Weak vibrations in combination but non-existent movement means that you can barely feel the product. Was very disappointed and had to advise against buying. Missing user manual so you have to try it out with the two buttons. It is far from worth the price and it will go straight to recycling. So dissatisfied.
