I bought this one as I thought it must be good since it has won and all. The delivery was very quick, but I was a bit disappointed when I started using it. Couldn't get it to work at all and thought it was way too big. So I called customer service to see if I could make an exchange. I spoke to a really nice employee who recommended a lubricant and gave me some advice. Among other things, she said that sometimes you have to practise a little, and that was the way forward for me - now I can't do without it at all. The lubricant was a great help, and you shouldn't get frustrated if you don't come the first time.
