Overview

Are you sick of bothering with tampons and sanitary pads every month? Spending so much money on them? Worrying about the risk of them leaking? You should try the menstrual cup! AllMatters is one of the newest on the market.

The menstrual cup is a small bowl-like cup made from medical silicone, which you insert in your vagina during your period. The cup collects the blood, you take it out and empty it as needed, and then you put it back up. Once it's in place, you won't feel it, and you can wear it for up to 12 hours at a time, depending on how much you bleed. Due to the rims on the stem, it is very easy to reach and pull out.

Using the AllMatters is both easy and hygienic, and it will keep you fresh, clean and odour-free 24/7. You can use the cup for both light and heavy flow, and you can even sleep with it in place. AllMatters comes in two sizes, Model A and Model B, and it can be used by women of all ages.

Model A is for women under the age of 30 who have not given birth vaginally. Model B is for women over the age of 30, and all women who have given birth vaginally. Model A is 1.5 inch in diameter at the widest part and 2 inches in length (2.5 inches including the stem). Model B is 1.5 inch in diameter and 2 inches in length (2.5 inches including the stem).

AllMatters is flexible and comfortable to use. When using it during your period, you only need to rinse it with water after emptying it and before inserting it again. To make insertion easier, you can use a little water-based lube.

The cup comes with a small cotton bag that you can store your AllMatters in safely and discreetly. In the box is a detailed user guide with illustrations of how to insert the cup.

Did you know that 9 out of 10 women who try a menstrual cup say that they will continue using it and recommend it to others?

I don’t feel it and it is very effective!
Ida - 2. apr. 2020
As I said, once it is inside, it is very effective as I don’t feel it at all. The first time I tried it, I felt it, but that's because it was the first time and I did not really get it inside properly. The positive: it's super flexible once it's inside! Does not leak, can’t feel it, easy to remove and easy to clean! So nice that you don’t get as dry as you get from tampons, and it feels more pleasant than using a pad! It doesn’t feel like a diaper. But it is very nice, and it works as it should! The negative is probably the time it takes to figure out exactly how to use it, and even then it’s a bit awkward to put it in and take it out. It requires a bit of practice I guess! Definitely worth the purchase - environmentally friendly, flexible once it’s finally in and doesn’t break the bank!

Save nature
Lapanen - 3. aug. 2020
Very easy to use and affordable. To save money and nature, there is no need to worry about getting tampon inflammation. Easy to wash, does not stink. Cooking is also successful, so you don't need to buy a new one for a couple of years :)

Too thick material
Tanja - 7. apr. 2020
... I bought a bigger size because I gave birth and the size was uncomfortable. Pressed down and the material is too thick and stiff to your liking.

Really good replacement for pads/tampons
Anonymous - 13. mar. 2024
The menstrual cup is easy to use and a great alternative to tampons. It's small and handy, and made from a good material so it's durable and stays in place once it's in place. It took me a little while to learn how to put it in just right (I used a little lube at first, but after a few times it was fine with a little water), but once it's in place you can't tell it's there and it's completely sealed so nothing comes out. And it can stay in for up to 12 hours, which is great! It's also easy to get out again, and you quickly get used to emptying and cleaning it. It comes with a good instruction manual so you can read how to clean it, set it up, etc. And there's a spigot on it so you can get hold of it. Personally, I don't think the pin is necessary and have cut some of it off so it doesn't sit too far down and irritate, but I think it's very different from person to person how it sits. In any case, you shouldn't be afraid of it 'disappearing' further up the body. All in all, it is a nice and inexpensive (in the long run) product that I have quickly become very happy with.

Game changer!
Anonymous - 11. jun. 2018
I have now completed my first period with OrganiCup and I couldn't be more pleasantly surprised. It's a great alternative to tampons and pads, both because it's much more environmentally friendly, but most of all because it's incredibly comfortable. When the cup is in the right position (it can take a few tries, I recommend the method where you fold the top down to form a triangle) it doesn't feel like there's anything stuck up there. The best thing about using the cup is that you can't feel blood coming out, neither when you cough or sneeze. So if you, like me, hate that feeling and are not super fond of tampons, the cup is a great solution. Overall, the cup is both cheaper in the long run and much more comfortable. The instruction manual that comes with it is very good, but if you're not sure about the technique, there are plenty of good and informative videos on Youtube.

Great product!

Why I haven't bought a menstrual cup sooner is beyond me!!! It's 100 times easier and cheaper than tampons. Now I have tried organiccup for 1 period. Not once has it come up wrong and not once has it leaked! I AM A FAN!!!

The best ever
Anonymous - 6. may. 2018
This is the best month ever. After using this I will never use tampons again. It was a bit of a learning curve at first, but once you learn, it's perfect. No need to worry about leaks etc. And no unnecessary waste. :)
