Pose active: It is laying soft.
Negative: The suction effect is unpleasant and hurts. It does not have the same pulse effect as e.g. Womaniceren. (nothing beats it).
The G-spot vibrator at the other end is nicely powerful but was also uncomfortable. As a clitoral vibrator or for stimulation of the dick, it is approved, but that is not what it is designed for.
