Overview
The Fun Factory Smartballs UNO kegel balls are for those who want to start training their pelvic floor. Pelvic floor training is recommended by both midwives and gynaecologists. By training your pelvic floor muscles, you can achieve greater sensitivity in the vagina, a higher sexual desire and thus better sex.
Fun Factory Smartballs UNO is a prize-winning kegel ball with a built-in geisha ball that rotates when you move. Geisha-ball movements give you an extra stimulating pelvic floor workout because the body has to hold on extra tight when the centre of gravity shifts, and you have to make sure your pelvic floor ball does not fall out. The internal ball makes for a more effective workout, so that you get a tightened pelvic floor quickly without anyone being able to see or hear anything. Pelvic floor training can remedy incontinence. Moreover, a strong Pelvic Floor allows your partner to be able to feel a firmer grip on his penis.
The way it works is that you insert the pelvic floor ball, pinch on it and then start the kegel exercises. The UNO has a small hoop into which a finger fits perfectly and makes insertion easier. We recommend that you lubricate the ball with a little water-based lubricant as it makes it easier to insert. You can start the exercises while laying down until you get used to it
Laying down: Pinch for 5 minutes and then take a break. When you want to do kegel exercises with the ball, you need to create a pinching motion starting from the back at the entrance of the anus. Then move the pinching feeling towards the vagina and try to pull the navel in towards the spine.
Walking/standing: When your pelvic muscles get stronger, you will stop thinking about it when performing your kegel exercises, and then you can do them standing or walking.
You can easily take the UNO out again when you are finished with your pelvic floor workout, by pulling on the silicone cord located at the bottom.
This ball is recommended for all women who have flaccid vaginal muscles, for example in connection with a birth, a tilted or dropped uterus or a hysterectomy, and which need to be tightened up again.
Best Kegel Ball test winner.
