Like many multipurpose toys this is not particularly good at each of of its functions. Don't get me wrong, I can still orgasm but it takes effort and thought. it is not particularly friendly for people with varied anatomy. With the suction cup on at the lowest pump setting, the tongue doesn't even reach the clit. It is only good for people with large, exposed clitorises.
