When I purchased this one I was very excited as I am the owner of a satisfyer pro 2. But these two can not even be compared. This toy is a HARD sucking toy that creates a vacuum if you use it down there and which is almost painful to remove. If it is used on the chest, it leaves small suction marks, it may be just me as I bruise easily but still. Unfortunately do not recommend this product.
