The lace mask is positioned over a plastic mask. The silk ribbons on the back are easy to tie and the mask does not fall off the face. This is partly because I got so hot and sweaty during the game that the plastic part sort of stuck to my face. The only downside is that I can't wear the mask with glasses... and since my vision is really bad without glasses, I can't judge what I look like with the mask on. The reception was very good though! But I will continue to look for a mask that can be better used with glasses.
