This may not be the optimal aid after removing the prostate to get the penis going. And it makes a lot of noise. But I can see into the device. My assessment is for slightly different conditions than usual.

Perhaps a thicker inner material could remove some of the machine feel. It feels so mechanical that it only works to maintain the erection. This was a waste of money for me.
