I am positively surprised at how quiet it is, however at the highest level it can be a bit noisy. You should not be too small down there, because if you are not really wet, it can hurt due to the material it is made from. However, it doesn’t quite hit my magic spot, which means that it does not give a guaranteed orgasm :,(
