Makes sex better for both partners! Who doesn’t want optimal penetration? It sits comfortably and I use it as a back support when I’m reading in bed. Unfortunately it’s not flexible enough to take on a trip etc.

The material is top notch. Unfortunately, the pillow slips if I (Q) put in an effort too - in addition, my back gets very sore as you are lifted up and need to work harder at that angle. But on a lazy day when you are just on the receiving end, it’s really nice! Otherwise, it’s good to have at your back when reading;)
