We ended up sending the egg back, as when it was inserted into the vagina it lost its connection every single time - we did not make it work a single time despite the fact that it worked fine outside the body. The egg itself is also not as quiet as we hoped, you could clearly hear the vibrations when you e.g. sat on the couch, though not something we could not have lived with if it had been able to stay connected.
