Je Joue Ami Kegel Balls Set of 3

The Ami Kegel Balls from Je Joue are a set of 3 soft and extremely comfortable kegel balls developed in cooperation with leading sexperts.

Most women achieve greater sex drive and more intense sensitivity in their pelvis if they train their pelvic floor often, which is recommended by both sexologists, midwives and gynaecologists.

All 3 balls are equipped with a metal ball inside that moves lightly when you use it. To avoid the ball falling out, you will be "forced" to pinch around the ball and in that way you get to train your pelvic floor to be stronger and healthier. At the same time you will also find that with time your sex drive will increase and your orgasms will get more powerful.

The kegel kit consists of 3 different balls: Ami 1 is a big, soft and lightweight single ball. Ideal if you are new to pelvic floor training. Ami 2 is a medium-sized double ball that is softer and slightly heavier than Ami 1. Ami 2 is used when/if the workout with Ami 1 is not challenging enough for you. Ami 3 is a small, slightly harder and heavier double ball. It is the most advanced ball and therefore ideal for the experienced user.

Before the ball is inserted in the vagina, pinch and squeeze around the ball (start out with exercises while laying down, as this will feel more comfortable until you get used to having the ball inside you).

When doing the exercises, it is important that you be relaxed. Start pinching from the rear by your anus, slowly moving forward towards the vaginal muscles and finally try to pull the navel in toward the back. Do these exercises for about 5 minutes at a time. Remember to take small breaks, if needed.

The ball also has a flexible and extremely durable silicone string that you gently pull on to extract the ball. It is an easy, comfortable and secure solution.

We recommend using a little water-based lubricant with your Je Joue Ami balls before you insert them.
