The Fleshlighter is brilliant. You can easily adjust friction and "suction" by dispensing lubricant and adjusting a small valve at the bottom. Afterwards, it's super easy to clean. However, as others have also written, you should invest in the powder that comes with it, as the silicone will otherwise start to stick together, making it more difficult to use and clean.

Very close to the real thing, the knuckles add a nice little twist. You get a good grip on the tube.
