The average rating is a one only because the picture on the product is not the product you get. This is the fault of Sinful and not Eros. The title says Eros fisting gel SlideX, but the picture shows UltraX. When I asked Sinful if there was any difference, they said no, but when I contacted the manufacturer, they said there was a difference. UltraX is the lube my boyfriend and I use and it has a slight numbing effect which is good for beginners, we use it for anal sex as fisting is not for us. The lubricant is very thick and you don't need much to get a good glide. However, UltraX is not made for sex toys. SlideX, which you get if you order here, has the same thick ability, but without the anaesthetic effect. SlideX is also made to work for sex toys. The manufacturer said that the Eros Fisting Gel UltraX is good for beginners in fisting while SlideX is better for more experienced fisters. But the lubricant works just as well for anal sex, especially if the penis is a bit bigger :)
