The four squares are versatile e-stim electrodes that can be reused and cut to size - as long as you do not cut the central conductor wire. The pads have a 2 mm socket and are monopolar electrodes, meaning you need two to form a circuit.

While the pads cannot be cleaned, they can last for many sessions as long as you return them to the plastic carrier sheet. With time the sticky pads may become less effective, so make sure to back up your pads and be ready for your next electrifying adventure.
