Good effect on target! It's thankfully narrow so it doesn't require much heating, and the "veining" still provides good texture and feel. If your penis is of average thickness, you can skip the scrotum strap, allowing you to use the loose dildo on top of or under your own penis - perfect if you change positions frequently.
