I have been using various training balls for years due to pain caused by lower back problems. I have been using this one for several years now, and I have to admit that it’s been my most functional and effective training ball to date. The silicone weakens by the time and the loop is the first thing to break. It can be replaced with another thread, and by the time the loop breaks, the muscles are already in such a condition that there won’t be any problem getting the balls out.
The problem with hygiene maintenance is that there are two separate pieces of silicone between the balls, and the space between them is difficult to wash properly, and there is no guarantee of cleanliness, while disinfectants weaken the silicone even if a lubricant would not.
If you don’t want to get an electronic device for pelvic floor training, then this is the next working thing to get such results.

I used the balls to strengthen my pelvic floor muscles. I noticed results after about two weeks of almost daily use. I did e.g. household chores with the balls inside for about 15 min/day.
The product is easy and pleasant to use; the balls vibrate comfortably when moving.
The silicone in my previous one became brittle because the lubricant I used was not water-based. Now, new balls are on the way. I recommend them!
